Load
sensing hydraulics
Silver Wheels load sensing hydraulics is a major component
of a completely demand driven power system. Its hydraulic
pump puts out only the amount of oil called for. This requires
less horsepower and creates less heat than open center hydraulic
pumps which run at maximum capacity full time. The hydraulic
pump works so well it can run the product pump at full capacity
at a high engine idle! This works great while slowing down
or speeding up or for using accessories such as chemical inductors
or rinse systems.

High
performance demand driven product pump
The product pump also operates on a demand basis, pumping only
the amount of liquid required at the precise moment. An electrically
operated hydraulic flow control, operated by a Raven rate controller
adjusts oil flow to the product pump. The Silver Wheels demand
sensing system reduces wear on both the hydraulic and the product
pumps.
Insta-Response
monitoring
Silver Wheels demand sensing system and the Raven rate controller
combine to create an Insta-Response monitor that senses speed
changes and flow requirements and corrects the output instantly!
Lag time when starting each pass has been eliminated!

Easy
access
The Silver Wheels liquid system provides easy access to all work
stations including the tank lid.
Easy conversions of liquid & dry systems
With the optional quick change kit you can stand on the ground
with easy access to all hydraulic, air and wire connections.
All components are attached to the tank skid and lift off as
one unit! With the appropriate lifting device you should be
able to remove the entire liquid unit in  approximately
45 minutes!

blowout kit & in-line screens
Optional line blow out kits and inline screens are available.
Screens are easily accessible from the ground.

Adjustable
height booms Available on the 65' & 75' booms,
this feature allows the operator to move the boom assembly up
or down 42" to ensure better application control.
Self-stabilizing boom
All booms are equipped with a self-stabilizing feature that
keeps the boom riding level through the field. Booms also feature
hydraulic accumulators on lift and tilt cylinders along with
a hydraulic shock absorbing cylinder and coil tension springs
on the boom breakaway system.

Sparge
valve The stainless steel sparge valve is located on
the tank skid and is adjustable from inside the cab.
